Insurance Claims  /  New Braunfels, Texas

Roof insurance claims, handled straight.

Insurance is a process to navigate, not a sales gimmick. We document damage to the standard adjusters actually assess against, and we work through the process with you — without promising outcomes that aren’t ours to promise.
The process

How a roof claim actually goes.

01 — Document first. Before a claim is filed, the damage needs to be recorded properly. Filing on a roof that won’t support a claim is worse than not filing.

02 — You file. The claim is between you and your carrier. We can tell you what to have ready; we can’t and don’t file it for you.

03 — The adjuster inspects. They’ll assess damage density per slope against the carrier’s threshold. Our documentation exists so that assessment happens with complete information.

04 — The scope comes back. Approved, partially approved, or denied. Partial approvals are common and are sometimes reasonable.

05 — The work gets done. To the approved scope, with supplements raised where the scope genuinely missed something that’s physically there.
What we won’t say

Three things you should be suspicious of.

“We’ll waive your deductible.” Your deductible is your legal obligation under the policy. A contractor absorbing it is misrepresenting the loss amount to your carrier, and in Texas that exposes you.

“You’ll get a free roof.” You’ll get the scope your carrier approves, less your deductible. That’s the arrangement, and it’s a good one when there’s real damage.

“We fight your insurance company.” Adjusting a claim on your behalf requires a public adjuster licence, which roofing contractors don’t hold. What we can legitimately do is document thoroughly and be present with facts.
Before you file

Filing isn’t automatically the right move.

A claim that gets denied still enters your claims history, and claims history affects premiums and renewals. If the damage is marginal, the honest calculation may be that a repair paid directly costs less over time than a denied claim.

We’ll give you our read before you file, not after. There’s a longer discussion of exactly when filing works against you on our page about when not to file a roof claim.

Get the damage documented first.

Documentation before filing is the part that decides how the rest of it goes. We’ll walk the roof and put it in writing.
