The more you can tell us up front, the more useful the first visit is. If you’re not sure about something, leave it blank — we’ll work it out on site.

We’ll call to arrange a time to walk the roof. The inspection is thorough — every slope photographed, flashing and ventilation checked, decking assessed where accessible.

Then you get a written assessment with the photographs, an explanation of what we found and what it means, and a scoped estimate if work is warranted. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you that and you’ll still have the report.

No pressure to decide on the spot, and nobody to sign anything in the driveway.
