Storm Damage  /  New Braunfels, Texas

Storm damage roof repair in New Braunfels.

Central Texas gets weather that takes roofs apart. What it doesn’t do is make every damaged roof a total loss, or every storm a reason to file. We document what actually happened up there, in the detail an adjuster needs, before anyone signs anything.
Before you sign anything

The crews in your driveway aren’t all from here.

After a significant hail event, out-of-state crews follow the weather into the region and go door to door. Some do acceptable work. The structural problem is that the contractor who installs your roof is the one who has to honour the workmanship warranty on it — and a company that follows storms is, by definition, not going to be here in three years when a flashing detail fails.

You don’t have to decide in your yard. A storm inspection is not a race, and a legitimate contractor will still be reachable next week.
What we document

Damage assessment, written down.

An insurance adjuster is looking for specific evidence in a specific form. Vague reports get denied, and a denial is much harder to reverse than it is to avoid. We document:
Being straight about it

Sometimes the roof is fine.

Not every storm produces claimable damage, and we’ll tell you when it hasn’t. Filing a claim on a roof that won’t support one can cost you more than it recovers — a denied claim still becomes part of your property’s claims history.

If we find damage, we’ll document it thoroughly and stand behind that documentation. If we don’t, you’ll get the photographs anyway and a clear explanation of what we looked at.

Get the damage documented properly.

We’ll walk the roof, photograph every slope, and give you a written assessment you can use — whether it supports a claim or not.
