Roof Repair  /  New Braunfels, Texas

Roof repair in New Braunfels, done properly the first time.

A leak is a today problem, not a quoting problem. We find where water is actually getting in — which is frequently not where the stain on your ceiling is — repair that, and recommend replacement only when a repair genuinely won’t hold.
What we repair

Most residential leaks come from a short list.

Roofs rarely fail across the whole surface at once. They fail at the details — the places where the roof plane is interrupted and something has to be sealed. That’s where we look first.
Finding it

Water travels. The stain is rarely above the hole.

Water enters at one point, runs along the underside of the decking or down a rafter, and drops through your ceiling somewhere else entirely. A repair aimed at the stain instead of the entry point is why some homeowners pay three different roofers for the same leak.

We work it backwards: inspect the attic side where accessible, trace the run to its origin, then confirm from the roof. You get photographs of the actual failure — not a description of it.
Repair or replace

When a repair is the honest answer.

Repair is the right call when the damage is contained, the surrounding shingles still have meaningful service life, and the underlying decking is sound. A localised failure on a ten-year-old roof is a repair, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling.

Replacement becomes the honest answer when you’re seeing repeat leaks in different locations, widespread granule loss, or soft decking. At that point a repair is money spent to delay a decision by a season.

We’ll tell you which situation you’re in and show you the evidence. If you want to think about it, that’s fine — but we’ll also tell you plainly if waiting is going to cost you decking.
