Roofing for Austin homes.

We work north from New Braunfels up the I-35 corridor into south Austin and the communities along the way. As with San Antonio, that is a real boundary rather than a claim to the whole metro — and we would rather tell you where our range ends than find out together halfway through a job.
Where we work

South Austin and the I-35 corridor.

Our practical range runs up the interstate from New Braunfels through San Marcos, Buda, and Kyle, and into the southern side of Austin. Those communities sit between us and the city, which means we are already working that corridor rather than making a special trip.

Central and north Austin stretch that considerably. We will be straight with you about whether a property is inside our range before we schedule anything, rather than booking it and sorting the logistics out later.
Local conditions

What Austin-area roofs contend with.

Hail, and a lot of it. The Austin area sits in the same Central Texas hail corridor and has taken severe events in recent years. As in San Antonio, that produces both real claims and a wave of storm-chasing crews working the neighbourhoods afterwards.

Heat and ventilation. Same climate, same problem: attics that are not properly ventilated cook shingles from underneath and shorten a roof’s life well before its rated span, while quietly voiding the manufacturer warranty.

Rapid growth, roofs aging together.
The corridor through Buda, Kyle, and south Austin has grown extremely quickly, which means large tracts of homes were roofed within a few seasons of each other. Those roofs now reach the end of their service lives together, which is why entire streets get bids in the same season.

Hill Country terrain on the west side. Steeper lots, more mature tree cover, harder access, and more limb contact than a flat subdivision roof ever sees.
Being straight

We are not an Austin roofing company.

We are a New Braunfels roofing company that works into Austin. The distinction matters, and any contractor blurring it is telling you something about how they operate.

What that means practically: for planned replacements, documented storm assessments, and repairs that need doing properly, the drive is irrelevant and you get a contractor who will still exist when the warranty matters. For same-day emergency response in central Austin, someone local to you will be faster, and we will say so rather than take the booking.

Austin has plenty of good roofers. It also has a great many storm-chasing operations, because a metro that size after a hailstorm is the most profitable place in Texas to be a contractor who does not plan to come back.
What we do here

Roofing services in the Austin area.

Roof Replacement

End of service life, or damage widespread enough that repair no longer adds up.

Roof Repair

A leak, missing shingles, or failed flashing. Contained damage that doesn’t need a new roof.

Storm Damage

Weather moved through and the damage needs documenting before you decide anything.

Hail Damage

Hail leaves a specific signature. We document bruising density the way an adjuster assesses it.

Wind Damage

Creased and lifted shingles — usually invisible from the ground and obvious from the roof.

Roof Inspection

Photographs of every slope and a written condition assessment you get to keep.

Insurance Claims

Damage documented to the standard adjusters assess against, and straight talk about the process.

Emergency Repair

Active water intrusion. Tarping now, permanent repair on a dry roof afterwards.
