Building a new home is a lot of decisions made early and lived with for decades. We bring the roofing and exterior work in at the framing stage, so it’s specified right the first time — not patched together after the fact.

Overview

Most of our work is replacing or repairing a roof that’s already up. New construction is different — we’re there before the shingles, before the siding, working off the builder’s plans instead of what’s already on the house.

That earlier involvement matters. Ventilation, flashing details, and material choice are far easier to get right when they’re part of the original build than when they’re corrected later. We coordinate directly with your builder or general contractor to fit into the build schedule, not around it.

It also changes the warranty picture. New construction qualifies for full manufacturer coverage from day one — there’s no prior wear, no unknown history, and no guessing what’s underneath. As a GAF Master Elite contractor, that means your new home is eligible for our strongest available warranty coverage from the start.
